1 orangepeeled
1 bananapeeled
2 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk

The reason bananas are so good to eat pre or post-workout is that they not only contain potassium (an essential nutrient for fluid and electrolyte balance in the body), but the good kind of carbs your body requires for energy. When combined with a hydrating orange, vitamin-infused baby spinach, and healthy fat and protein from chia seeds and walnuts, you have a well balanced meal substitute that will keep you muscles, immune system and digestion happy!
